Bob Molenbroek
Bob is a long-standing contributor to PINT Magazine, where he writes about cooking with beer and reviews restaurants that champion great beer culture. He has led beer-and-food workshops at the PINT Beer Festival and brings a unique sense of fun to everything he does — including his annual DJ appearance at Amsterdam’s legendary beer bar In de Wildeman, spinning his collection of vintage Christmas records.
Nicole Warners
Nicole is a certified Doemens Beer Sommelier and trained in beer and food pairing at the renowned Echoput academy. With experience behind the bar at In de Wildeman and ’t Arendsnest in Amsterdam, she now works at De Bierkoning, the city’s oldest beer shop. Through her project Kooltjes Bier en Spijs, she regularly hosts beer and food tastings that highlight her passion for flavour and hospitality.
