Beer has a larger variety in taste and is packed with more flavourcomponents than any drink in the world.
This versatility makes beer a perfect companion to any dish.
As a partner to food, beer varies from sweet to powerful bitter,
from lovely caramel to the pungent taste of roasted malts, from utterly refreshing to mouth clinging syrupy.
Every dish has another beer which can raise it to new heights.
In addition to the presentations and tastings, BGLL will present its first Beer and Gastronomy Award,
an award for the Dutch restaurant which provides its guests with the most memorable beer and foodpairing.
